Calendar

The Autumn term is divided into two parts:

• 1^st part: Saturday 02/09/23 to Friday 27/10/23 (8 weeks).
• 2^nd part: Saturday 28/10/23 to Friday 22/12/23 (8 weeks).

At the end of each part, parents will receive their child’s reports.

• Autumn term part 1’s reports will be sent by Sunday 29/10/23.
• Autumn term’s part 2, reports will be sent by Sunday 24/12/23.

All lessons will be scheduled as normal during half-term. This is because half-term holiday differs in length and date, depending on the local council.

The Christmas Holiday is over two weeks:

• From Saturday 23/12/23 to Friday 05/01/24.

During this two-week period, most classes will not be scheduled. There are some exceptions such as students preparing for GCSE Mocks, GCSE resit or entrance exam preparation for independent schools in January. If student wants to carry on during this period, parents need to let us know at least three weeks in advance so we can timetable our staff accordingly.

The Spring term is divided into two parts:

• 1^st part: Saturday 06/01/24 to Friday 16/02/24 (6 weeks).

• 2^nd part: Saturday 17/02/24 to Friday 05/04/24 (7 weeks).

At the end of each part, parents will receive their child’s reports.

• Spring term part 1’s reports will be sent by Sunday 18/02/24.
• Spring term part 2’s reports will be sent by Sunday 07/04/24.

All lessons will be scheduled as normal during half-term. This is because half-term holiday differs in length and date, depending on the local council.

Our company does not close before and during Easter Holiday. If your child wants to take a lesson off, please follow our Terms & Conditions document and let us know in advance.

The Summer term is divided into three parts:

• 1^st part: Saturday 06/04/24 to Friday 24/05/24 (7 weeks).
• 2^nd part: Saturday 25/05/24 to Friday 12/07/24 (7 weeks).
• 3^rd part: Saturday 13/07/24 to Friday 30/08/24 (7 weeks).

At the end of each part, parents will receive their child’s reports.

• Summer term part 1’s reports will be sent by Sunday 26/05/24.
• Summer term part 2’s reports will be sent by Sunday 14/07/24.
• Summer term part 3’s reports will be sent by Sunday 23/08/24.

All lessons will be scheduled as normal during half-term. This is because half-term holiday differs in length and date, depending on the local council.

There are a number of Bank Holidays during the Summer term where all scheduled lessons will go ahead as usual. If your child wants to take a lesson off, please follow our Terms & Conditions document and let us know in advance.

Lessons during the Summer term 3^rd part will be timetabled. If you want to re-arrange a lesson, have extra lessons, book a long holiday or even take the whole summer off, please follow the instructions in the section about Re-arranging / Cancellation of the Ts&Cs.
