Lily is currently a PhD student at Durham University, studying History. She specialises in the early modern British Atlantic world. Lily completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota in History, Global Studies, and the German language. This gave her a wide breadth of knowledge, equipping her well to move to the United Kingdom to pursue a postgraduate degree in History. Outside education, Lily likes to run, bake and paint in her free time.
